Bio-based and biodegradable polymers for medical packaging and disposables to improve hospitals sustainability
We would like to invite you to participate in the Final Conference of GREEN-MAP project titled “Bio-based and biodegradable polymers for medical packaging and disposables to improve hospitals sustainability” taking place in Szczecin (Poland), October 21-22, 2024.
This final conference of GREEN-MAP project aims to provide a summary of four years long training and transfer of knowledge experience leading to formation of new collaborative intersectional and international research network focused on biobased polymers for healthcare. We will demonstrate how participation within the project lead to diversification of skills, both research-related and transferable ones, resulting in improved employability and career prospects of the researchers.
Representatives from academic and non-academic partners, who were involved in each aspect of the bio-based polymer value chain: substrates/monomers, synthesis, characterization, processing, product development, and life cycle sustainability assessment will present the most significant achievements in the respective sector. We will demonstrate how international and intersectoral mobility contributed to high level and effective sharing of new knowledge.
