Biomolecular Engineering Research Group from Department of Food, Agricultural and Biological Engineering will be involved into the project. The core competences of the group are on biomimetic polymerization using enzymes as catalysts, synthesis of “green” biomaterials and their characterization using SEC, NMR and Mass Spectrometry.
